Finding the Mechanical Cryptic Vessel
Players can discover the Mechanical Cryptic Vessel while exploring Area XI inside the Arche Abbey. From the Arche Abbey Broken Rift Stargazer, navigate through the archway, descend the stairs, and follow the paths through the inner doorways to locate a ladder leading upward. At the end of the upper passageway, you will find a chest containing the encrypted vessel.
Deciphering the Clue with Venigni
Once the item is in your inventory, return to Hotel Krat and present the vessel to Venigni for decryption. He will decrypt the cylinder and reveal a hidden picture alongside an order document mentioning a merchant in a destroyed town. The deciphered message specifically hints that the Wandering Merchant is waiting to see a weapon known as the Frozen Feast.
Locating the Wandering Merchant
To claim the treasure, travel to the Abandoned Apartment Stargazer located in Area IX. Navigate onto the Collapsed Street, cross the sign bridge, and continue past the stone archway to find a set of stairs leading to the Wandering Merchant. Ensure that you have acquired and equipped the Frozen Feast special weapon before initiating a conversation with him.
Claiming the Rewards
Upon showing the Frozen Feast weapon to the merchant, he will recognize the item and hand over your rewards. You will receive a Quartz for upgrading your P-Organ alongside the Red Fox's Hunting Apparel costume.
